Donation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how donations to Celestial Church of Christ — Bilehou Oshoffa Miracle Land Parish are processed and how refunds are handled.

Your donation

Gifts made on cccbilehouoshoffa.org are voluntary donations that support the work of the Parish — including the Tithe, Building Fund, General Offering, Missions & Evangelism, Welfare & Benevolence, and Thanksgiving funds. Donations are processed securely through Stripe, and a receipt is emailed to you for every gift.

Recurring giving

If you choose a recurring gift (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual), your chosen amount will be charged automatically at that interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@cccbilehouoshoffa.org or using the link in your Stripe receipt. Cancelling stops future gifts; it does not refund gifts already made.

Refunds

Because donations are charitable gifts, they are generally final and non-refundable.

However, we understand that mistakes happen. If a genuine error occurs — such as a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or an unauthorized transaction — please contact us within 14 days at support@cccbilehouoshoffa.org with the donor name, date, and amount. We will review the request and, where an error is verified, refund it to the original payment method.

Tax-deductible contributions

The Parish is a tax-exempt religious organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code (EIN: 20-1623708). Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution, except intangible religious benefits. Please keep your emailed receipt for your records and consult your tax advisor.
