These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of cccbilehouoshoffa.org (the “Site”), operated by Celestial Church of Christ — Bilehou Oshoffa Miracle Land Parish (“the Parish,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or making a donation, you agree to these Terms.
The Site
This Site provides information about our parish, services, and ministries, and allows visitors to make voluntary donations. We may update or change the Site and its content at any time.
Donations
- All gifts made through the Site are voluntary donations in support of the Parish and its ministries.
- By donating, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that the information you provide is accurate.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Recurring donations (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual) continue at the interval you select until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@cccbilehouoshoffa.org or by following the link in your Stripe receipt. Cancelling stops future gifts; it does not refund past gifts.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with our Donation & Refund Policy.
Tax-deductible giving
The Parish is a tax-exempt religious organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code (EIN: 20-1623708). Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A receipt is emailed for every gift. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
Intellectual property
The content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and the Celestial Church of Christ emblem — is owned by or licensed to the Parish and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent payment information.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is.” While we strive to keep information accurate and the Site available, we make no warranties that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Parish is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (such as Stripe or our social media). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
